Assessment/Demonstration of Learning Week

Monday January 23^rd

-Period 1 (Morning)

-Period 2 (Afternoon)

Tuesday January 24^th

-Period 3

Wednesday January 25^th  

-Period 4

-ELPA at 10 AM (All Grade 9’s and rewrites)

Thursday January 26^th  

-Period 5

• Morning assessments will begin at 8:35 and afternoon assessments will begin at 12:55.
• Students must remain in their assessment for a minimum of 1 hour.
• Buses will be running at regular times. Students wishing to leave early will need to secure transportation.

If there is a single storm day during the week of January 23-26, then that school day is cancelled and the remaining schedule is pushed ahead one day, ending on Friday, January 27th.

If there are two storm days, then the schedule moves ahead and Periods 4 and 5 will be written on Friday, January 27 in the AM and PM. 

If the second storm day is Friday, then the Period 5 assessment is written on Monday, January 30^th.

If there are three storm days, then the remaining schedule moves forward as described above, but moving into Monday, January 30^th to finish the assessments.
